The Journey

At this stage we take the dimensions of your work surfaces and preferred material and cost these along with the manufacturing, templating and fitting costs. All quotations will be provided on the same day as your quotation request providing it is received by 3 pm.

If you have not yet decided on your preferred material it does not matter we can still provide you with a ball park figure whilst assisting you with that important choice. We have a comprehensive selection of all types of material at our showroom  and you are more than welcome to visit us here to view these. 

Once you have approved your quotation, we then arrange a mutually convenient date for us to come and template the desired area. This is a critical phase of the process where we map the contours of your surfaces with precision to ensure the perfect fit at installation. We will confirm all details with you at template such as (edge detail, upstands, draining grooves, position of holes, material and material thickness).  The templates are brought back to the workshop and attached to your selected material in readiness for manufacturing.

At this stage we take your chosen materials and cut the stone to your templates, the stonemason then works the stone to provide the features and details that you agreed at the template stage. Once the features and detail have been added your material is highly polished to achieve that perfect finish. Your material is then carefully stored ready for installation.

We here to install your material with the utmost care. We take time to explain how we are going to install your surfaces before we start. Once installed we will make sure the surface is sealed and ready in all respects for use. Our fitters will provide you with a set of instructions on how to care for your material and a bottle of cleaning fluid. Before our fitters leave you they will ask you to fully inspect the installation to ensure you are happy in all respects with your installation and then they will ask you to sign our customer satisfaction record. We welcome any feedback so that we can continue to excel.

Our process is very straight forward, once you have made contact with us, we then provide you with a quotation for the works involved and ask for your approval. Once approved, we will make our first visit to template the required areas and order your material. Once delivered the material is cut and manufactured to your requirements in our workshop, it is then subject to a quality assurance check before being transported to you for installation.  Our service standard is 7 days from template (first visit) to installation (second visit).
